Real is better than perfect. Neal knows this because he was born into a fractured home on one coast (Florida), and raised in a broken home on the other coast (California). Now he is celebrating the rest of a life lavished in the grace of Jesus. 42 years of marriage to Judy, 6 kids (counting spouses), and 10 grandkids later, life is just good. Neal graduated from Nebraska-Kearney, where he played basketball for the Lopers. His graduate degree was earned at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. After shepherding 4 churches for 28 years, he now lives in San Francisco working to make disciples who make disciples, because what matters most is people finding Jesus.
As Western District Superintendent, Neal and Judy long to be the safest set of ears a pastor and his wife could ever need, and to keep our collective focus on engaging every believer-priest in respectful and loving relationships with the yet-to-believers in their lives.
Church Muliplication Team Leader
Drew's passions range from Starbucks coffee (really just being around the people there), to Bay Area sports teams. His greatest passion, though, is helping people find joy in Jesus. Drew leads Vintage Grace in their intention to be the living proof of a loving God. The vision of their church is to mulitply believers, influencers, and churches, and VG has freed up Drew to serve as a catalyst in the Western District to do the same.
